Experience Required

 Knowledge of different cuts and preparation of meat (beef, pork, poultry) preferred
 Comfortable working during peak grocery
 Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Primary Responsibilites

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Thursday is a longer day (abattoir).

 Operate meat processing equipment such as grinders, slicers and saws
 Cut and package meat products
 Stock and maintain shelves
 Clean and sanitize work areas
 Cut, trim, weigh and prepare standard cuts of meat
 Prepare special orders as per customer requests
 Prepare sausage and smoked meats
 Able to work within a fast paced environment
