Experience Required

Primary Responsibilites

Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide support to our
sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-
paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.

Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and provide support as needed
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Prepare sales reports and assist with data analysis
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and
delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional
needs or questions
- Using software to record sales and monitor employees
- Analyzing sales statistics to determine the performances of different products
and salespeople
- Training new employees to use company software and successful sales
techniques
- Researching ways to penetrate new markets
- Assist with meetings including document preparation, taking minutes, and
tracking action items; project management experience required
- Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
- An experience multi-tasker, quick to process and execute
